Here are my offers so far...

Firm # 1. No Capital Contribution, 2 year non-compete, no draw

Firm # 2. No Capital Contribution, 3 Year non-compete, 2,000 / month draw

Rates are similiar both firms use Hammer. Just getting started into this business what else should I be considering? Thanks for your help.
 
Leverage(how much can u trade with/hold overnight) how stable are the firms(have they been around, have you heard anything about them,will they be around next year.Good Luck:)
