Enormous charges for data coming?

that is totally ridiculous (I mean the explanation given to you). Those people would even rape their own grandmother for an extra buck in the pocket. So, they could not even outline what potential fees/cost you would be facing if you "qualified" to have to pay non-display fees?

Apparently the way I interact with the data. I have to manually click to send an order after my program filters the data.

Actually I have been contacted by my execution platform company and my introducing broker as well. I have a program that they thought may be impacted by this rule and I had to answer a number of questions before it was determined that I was ok.

What software?

Fortunately we never got to point of determining the fees.

Thanks. I do not know but it has some sort of stink to it. Like as if they try to feel out whether people are easily persuaded to pay up. Their approach does not appear as if the hand of God reigned down on some FCM/data provider and they are forced to pass through fees. Just all sounds very fishy.

Sounds like a scam to me. Better steer clear

The firms are facing a lot of pressure from the exchanges to identify these users, from what I understand. My firm has nothing to gain from charging me these fees and I'm sure they would prefer me not having to pay. If they told me I did, I would simply stop using the offending program.
