Interesting Monty....
didn't know a lot of people wanted in to the industry.
I think their idea of trading "Energy" is like ET style trading...lol. Not even close. Being on both the Trading end and "Funding" end .......it is one of the most difficult task I ever took upon.

it has been one of the hottest jobs on most top college and business schools. I have never seen so many ivy league kids trying to head to houston then in last 3 years.
