I found the "S&P Small Cap 600 Capped Energy".NOT a prediction, Mr Mac; its a bull market you know LOL
Needless to say, we are close to the agony / capitulation.
Prices at the end of August '17 are close to February '16 and March '09?! Really ?
I don't like to be contrarian but maybe there is a buying opportunity right now.

As long as crude keeps running up, it's a safe bet.
Don't get cocky on the longs. US shale drillers gonna' eat this up.
