End of the world prediction coincidence?

Camping was predicting the end of the world on may 21, 2011 at about 6pm.

Well today at 6pm iceland time a volcano erupted in which approximately 50 earthquakes happened.

That is quite a coincidence, isnt it?

I wonder if Camping will use this event as a "well I was kind of right" excuse.

Every day there are earth quakes. Did the Icelanders hear a voice from God? If Manhattan sinks in about 30 minutes then the guy might be on to something.

You're right. Just 19 volcanic eruptions in the first 90 days of 2011. Some were ongoing though.
