Empty "Loading..." window popping up that cannot be closed

I noticed that in the past few TWS versions that at times when I start an unrelated application an IB window pops up on my screen with the window title "Loading..." that stays open and can neither be minimized, closed nor dragged. The rest of the TWS windows works fine and the app is fully functional.

Anyone else noticed something similar? It belongs to TWS as can be seen in the task manager screenshot. This only happens to the TWS app not to other Java-based apps hence I believe this is an IB TWS specific issue.

I think the IB TWS comes pre-packaged with a specific Java version nowadays. So you don't have to have a Java install for TWS to work.
 
That appears to be the case with my install too and I already uninstalled and reinstalled tws and unfortunately it did not solve the issue of this window popping up.

Hey, I might be wrong... but isn't that U69******* your account number? Thought I'd point that out in case it is and you want to delete it. You're smarter than that though so it must not be.
 
what could someone do with my broker account ID? Nothing really, but still thanks for pointing out, I requested to have the image attachment removed.
