You trade too many things, and your stop loss with YM is too tight... Also I am not sure you actually have a strategy or just taking random positions...
 
went short 11118, stopped -5 ym, failed breaks in either direction. Just waiting it out, maybe wait for the break and buy a pullback, like I said it was a 50%/50% chance either drection, I took -8 ym points trying both directions. Potentially we are on consolidations and I dont want to get chopped up.

I entered a bit early by accident on Gold Futures (Dec) short at 644.

lets see how it plays out current 4.50 pt stop will tighten soon.

i have not been around the computer all day so I missed the ym plunge, looks like we're back to testing down 10700 if they dont rally it by the close
 
I closed out the trade at about $2 dollars because its the weekend and it didn't go anywhere. will look to get short next week; usually they will gap it when they open it (probably down) but why take the risk. No follow thru on the trade.


Current drawdown is 22% (14k remaining).
 
I think you should focus on 2 counters YM,ER2,ES,NQ like that.loss > reward atleast 2 times.
stop should be 7-11 ticks & reward should be 14-22 ticks.
 
sold gold 636.30 stop is 637.10 (dec). After PPI on the pop thru 635 resistance

will move to breakeven on a move in my favor.

Keep doing what you're doing. I'm sure sooner or later you'll get what you're after.
 
why don't you get yourself a junior to trade this account for you? you'll probably get the blow-out you desire, and if not you'll have your own new trader who can do the donkey work whilst you sip pina colada on your yacht.
