Most likely all of tomorrow on CNBC will be speculation about how big the next rate cut will be.

I hear that they almost cut today, but may try again tomorrow.

what I heard is this:

there will be an announcement coming out that no more shortselling will be allowed.thats right, no more short selling just like in Japan.

as far as rates go, they will cut .75 at the next meeting not tomorrow.

they just need to put the uptick rule back in. stopping all short selling would be stupid. they need to regulate all these derivative products, not worry about the shorts.

Yes the federal reserve is waiting until mid march, so many are crying for a rate cut its not even funny anymore, enough with the rate cut talk, sad that its the only catalyst left for the bulls.

Anyone crying for a rate cut is in a loosing position and is a coward to sell.

They want a cut so the market will bounce and they can sell.

Look were we are and ask what good have all the rate cuts done so far hahahah.
