why is it ok to send all your interactions with these two companies (IG and Forex) in an email????

every time to buy/sell/Xfer money, the companies send out emails detailing all the work you have done in that account to the entire world. Email is not secure and these companies are failing to provide you secure information.

Most brokers have a website that keeps all your info there and you can generate any sort of report you'd like in CSV or PDF.

Since I have not seen any emails about this, I presume you all don't mind if someone is keeping tabs on when you get in and when you get out... LOL

Of course not, and that is why no one cares about the emails you get from IG. IG clients are a nobody small time traders.

Have you asked IG if you can turn these email notifications off?

Check your client portal if they have an option that let you choose not to send email trade confirmation.

all these functions can be disabled in the profile, and there will be no such notifications in the future

Yeah... no! They are all disabled. This is so obvious. They both state this is mandated, yet others just email you that your statement is ready for browsing using the website.
