Email Backup Solution

Heya Peeps,

I have a friend who is a lawyer. He needs his emails archived for compliance, and asked me for help. I'm looking for an affordable solution; here's my short list:

1. Godaddy Office 365 + archiving. About $200/year. He's on Godaddy POP3 email now.
2. Rackspace Office 365 + archiving. About $240/year (5 box minimum, not needed).
3. Barracuda. $650/year, archiving only.

All we need an archiving service for his emails and attachments. The market seems to be pushing me towards this upgrade to Office 365 + archiving.

What do you think? I'm going to recommend #1. Am I missing anything? Any other glaring options that I've missed?

I gave up on email backups too many formats etc. so just get all your mail files on a hard drive and get this software to search when you need it. MailNavigator 1.16 http://www.mailnavigator.com/
