email alert on esignal wont work after wind 10 upgrade

i am using esignal and since windows 10 upgrade that i didnt authorise my email alert wont work . Keeps coming up as " connection failed"

i am using gmail . see image attached
used yahoo mail account still no connection
turned off firewall still no connection .

Esignal tech help not very helpful . any suggestions . i also turned off internet protocal ver 6

anyhelp would be great .

My best guess is that your home network isn't set up to allow traffic on port 465, and by home network, I'm referring to your cable/dsl router. So even though you turned off the firewall on your computer, the firewall on your router is still blocking that port 465 traffic.
