ema whipsaw question

Question for day traders;

Was wondering if anyone here had a technique for spotting ahead of time when the lower EMA reverts and unconfirms a trend previously identified by the crossing of the higher EMA.

They give me my only losses and are not too bad but would be great if they could be minimized.

Add some other indicators to help confirm the crossover. I like to use Wilder's RSI. A crossover (long) should have an RSI reading above 50. If RI turns down, watch out.
