Doge uses bitcoin open source code so it is not a security so the SEC will not be interested. Maybe he is buying as it will become the currency of Mars.

Let's be honest, Elon's on record saying he has no respect for the SEC and has openly flaunted the terms of his settlement. He's got a hard on against shorts who've called out his bullshit by selling TSLA in the past.

Ripple is centerlised so is a security. Bitcoin and doge are decentralised and therefore not securities.
 
Does Tesla sell Carbon Credits?
What's the Yield to the Company as a percent of total revenue from the activity in those quarters if so?
 
Elon Musk is a great name in finance because he success person with Tesla and SpaceX, whatever he talks about many worlds will assess and take action with many argument
