Recently there's been a plethora of articles about Musk and Crypto/BTC. It seems that the price of BTC and Crypto in general hang upon his every word, tweet, and gesture, and trip to the bathroom.

wth? Since when is Musk the Godfather of Crypto? Are his holdings so significant that his every comment can move the price?

I see another media spin to make Tesla auto and the $TSLA company appeal to Milennials. He's using crypo as a horse to ride; attaching his name to the asset class.

...makes me wonder if he's planning on doing an ICO. Would you invest in "Eloncoin" or "Muskcoin?" There's already a "Teslacoin," but I don't think it's backed by Elon. [4]

Musk is Crypto God, because he knows how to rope & dope Millenials into jacking up ONE car company (who can't even make a profit) up higher than all the biggest competing car companies combined (which actually make a profit).

Such a miraculous feat, can only come by the hands of GOD.

I heard that he's forming a new base currency for the world, complete with a Federal Bank--and lots of QE; he's digging a new panama canal, and will be building a tunnel through the center of the earth from NY to Beijing.

Seriously... he is hijacking Crypto news. Somehow he's managed to put himself at the center of the crypto news world.

it's not about Tesla, it's more about integration in the real economy. Adoption as payment option is the key driver for further price rally IMO. Musk with Tesla was probably the strongest link to the real economy and he torn it which caused a kind of pullback in hopes

I've noticed that since Coinbase went public, I've been getting a lot of ads for crypto.

I don't believe Coinbase actually owns the crypto they sell.

I always felt that this guy was full of $hit. Backed by Big Auto, doing things that Millennials could relate to in the interest of selling his EVs.
