These are desperate attempts from absolute creeps that they post when their other attempts to character assassinate aren't working. The theory of the "Ugly American" is well known in the world. This site is helping to perpetuate this stereotype to the worst degree.

I don't accept these threats. I don't back down from this crap either. My record of making calls and trade recommendations on this site is steller. Obviously, these creeps feel threatened by this, and want to take me down.

Yes, your "US banks"/BAC long in March was a thing of beauty. You are the Grail. I've never witnessed a perfect fade until you appeared. BAC down by over 50% since your "buy US banks" reco. XLF down 33%. Your RIMM reco produced a 60% loss.

Sociopaths might have been too light a term to characterize some of the people on here. I am reminded that there are people in the world committing murders, that would go out for a nice lunch afterwards without skipping a beat. There are drunk drivers repeating the same offence dozens of times, regardless of how they hurt or kill people.

Honestly, if this is your America, well, it's no wonder the country is in the dumps and getting worse.

Once the US financial problems are more apparent it won't take down the whole market huge like some people on here think. But it might tank some US financials again.

If you must go this route I recommend Canadian banks who have much better situations. Wait for any significant dip in price then buy them in anticipation of 2012 when they will all raise their dividends. They seem expensive today though.
