Baltimore has actually cut its police budget since 2016. It was $498 million, now it's $482 million. Oh, but their overall budget increased from $2.74B to $2.9B. They're just going to let crime get worse there while pocketing the money. I noticed on Baltimores budget that the mayor is getting $885k per year plus $163k for personnel costs.

Baltimore has actually cut its police budget since 2016. It was $498 million, now it's $482 million.

When riots broke out in Baltimore the mayor actually admitted to letting the rioters destroy things. If that is the mayor's attitude then the people shouldnt have been taxed for police protection that they didnt receive. Cutting the police budget was only natural.
