When I put on my first ES trade and saw what a great deal Globex was for a small trader I swore before God, Mother, Apple Pie, and all things Good I would never trade open out cry again. Back then ES was about all you could trade.
Now, years later there are so many electronic markets that I'm becoming an electronic baby sitter.
Instead of taking any quick profit I could get in ES, I figure as long as they're playing together, eating their snacks or taking their nap I aint gonna disturb them.
Instead I focus on all the trouble makers and stop them before it gets out of hand.
Just like the old guys told me to do, cut your losses short and let your profits ride.
I'm still a scalper, but I scalp losses instead of profits.
