Can you please explain the reasoning?
I am short the MSFT 170 straddle via the synthetic against shares bought at the close today. Vol over 50. I am short virtually all monthly expirations against the shares.
Long 10000 MSFT; short 200 calls. I'll mark the Jan position for purposes of the thread. Short the Jan 170 synthetic from 53.1.
I mention this trade as I am doing this in a lot of large cap tech due to the unsustainable vol-line. I can't mention all fo them here, but all conform to the theme of 6-10 months out; 10-15% upside strikes; all months from 6-12 (when available).

Take with a giant grain of salt, but I heard the CDC might be issuing some sort of shelter in place order tomorrow.
Only a Federal Executive can order it.
