Looks like Vista Irrigation District 4 will go to John Frankin. I don't see any results for Vista Irrigation Districts 1 through 3. I just hope and pray that Mr. Frankin is in favor of illustrated signs next to the irrigation sprayers alongside the highway warning folks not to drink the water. Otherwise we can blame him for this country going straight to hell in a handbasket.
