Only reason i thought Romney could turn it around was cause of how succesful he was in private equity.

My dream for Romney winning, was for him to insstall all the managers who cut costs at Bain at the head of every different government organisation. Imagine how much those guys could have cut from the budget if they had some of those people at the top of every different department.
