He thinks you don't need one to board a plane. That's their big argument, that the 7th Circuit was wrong because they said you had to have a photo iD. Turns out TSA might let you slide through if you are muslim ( haha only kidding, I hope), if you give them some other ID and they can find you in a database. Which happens to be a lot more intrusive than just letting someone register and vote who claims to be eligible with no proof whatsoever.
