One could think- including dems- "well he is going to bloviate about how he is like George Washington in deciding not to run even though he was removed against his will but, whatever, what harm can he do now?"

Some truth with that but on the other hand he needs to watch his arse. There is no license for him to come out and be disoriented as he often is at a time when his critics are arguing that if he is not fit enough to run he is not fit enough to be in office. He better have his game face on. (little joke there. Biden with a game face, heh)
