And I see, as I discussed in earlier posts, that the Iranian threat would become a factor.

The way that they were related, in my version of what would happen, is that it is well known that the Iranians are fully committed to taking Trump out to meet their commitment to Allah to get retribution for taking out Solemanei/sp. And this works hand-in-hand with domestic lefty goals. ie. all you have to do to take Trump out is just to lower protection on him and let the other forces at play take him out.

Ironically, if there is a silver lining here, it is that Trump survived and the resulting secret service scandal will result in more protection for him which will increase his chances of avoiding assassination by the Iranians.

Jesus H. What a way to run a country.

Since the debate Biden has lost about 2-4 pts in each state....That is not a crash, it a pretty normal fluctuation
I can see why Biden would not want to walk away when he has held up pretty good in the polls

I hear ya. But he was already down before the debate. That is why they sent him out to do that frigging debate in the first place. To redeem himself or get out. He has pretty much reached his floor where it will be difficult to go much lower in the polls. Although turnout enthusiasm can go lower.

Anyway, regardless, many millions of dems have voted for Joe in the primary. Who the hell are the dem elite to reverse that just because his chances of winning are dim? That is who the people voted for.

Let em work it out on the playground. And it will be bloody.

Yeh. Their screwball process works well for a coup too. If you can just get enough dems to abstain on the first ballot then when they go to the second ballot all those party hack superdelegates get to vote.
