Election 2024 Foreplay

Where is Dean Phillipps in the midst of this mess?

You know, I read that Marianne Williamson is back in the race- no joke- as Joe would say.

And y'all can chuckle but I think all those second and fourth tier candidates- ie. Bobby, Dean Phillipps, Marianne, Tulsi etc have messages to give the country and the Dem Party about how it hurt the dem party to let the Beltway Cabal nix a full primary and how hard the party works to silence and ostracize dissenters.

Now that same Beltway Cabal is actively trying to rig the process to remove the person they got elected as the nominee by rigging the process. And round and round we go.

The same Beltway Cabal that sends out the script that Trump is a threat to democracy is actively rigging yet another election- this time within their own party. Second rigging in the same cycle. They rigged to get Joe in, and now they are rigging to get him out. All while rigging for Kamala. Democracy? Let the voters decide.

Howz your week going so far, Joe?

Lest one have any compassion for this turd, just remember that his original plan was to have Trump in Riker's Island by now. Looks like that lawfare plan did not work out so now Biden's dem buddies have turned on Biden.

Looks like Joe is being cannibalized just like his uncle Bosie. So sad.

Camp Biden trying out a counteroffensive by spewing out all sorts of examples of Joe going to potty all by himself.

Fine. Whatever.

But, regardless of how it goes, the notion of having Kamala become president is a genie that cannot be put back in the bottle. So if he stays, he becomes the selfish prick who will probably be beat by Trump and thus deny blacks the first semi-black female president.

Good luck wit dat.

RUTH BADER BIDEN.

And you know what they say about Ruth: "Ruth Bader Ginsberg made hundreds of court decisions while she was in office. But the decision that she will be most remembered for is her decision to not step down and pass the torch.

Can't fix stupid and greed. Think about it Joe. Your fellow dems increasingly hate your guts. Happy to have you in the race, though. Keep it up.

But if we hadn't done it, someone else would have. Could we have won WWII without printing money? And then I guess the snowball kept going.

The gold standard was largely abandoned during the Great Depression before being re-instated in a limited form as part of the post-World War II Bretton Woods system. The gold standard was abandoned due to its propensity for volatility, as well as the constraints it imposed on governments: by retaining a fixed exchange rate, governments were hamstrung in engaging in expansionary policies to, for example, reduce unemployment during economic recessions.[9][10]

According to a survey of 39 economists, the vast majority (93 percent) agreed that a return to the gold standard would not improve price-stability and employment outcomes,[11] and two-thirds of economic historians reject the idea that the gold standard "was effective in stabilizing prices and moderating business-cycle fluctuations during the nineteenth century."[12]

The US gave monies to Germany and Japan to rebuild. I do not think they even paid it back. In a sense, these countries in Europe owed the US for saving them during World War 2. What was good with gold backing currencies, it discouraged unlimited deficit spending like we have now. It did not stop the US but, it put a limit on what the US can spend. Most of the other countries did not spend recklessly, like the US knowing, they would lose their gold if they did so. They still lost all their gold when Nixon ended the link to the US dollar. US just kept the gold.

Man, this Biden guy is a sick puppy.

He campaigns in Philly and thanks them repeatedly for getting him elected to his Senate seat for years. Hello. What's wrong with that picture class? Hint: Joe was the Senator from Delaware.

Biden says Philadelphia voters helped him win Delaware Senate seat
President Biden mixed up the state he represented for nearly 40 years in the U.S. Senate career while talking to voters in Philadelphia.

“Even when I was running for Senate, each time I ran, quite frankly, not a joke, Philadelphia, in particular, got me across the line,” he said during a campaign event.

He then doubled down on his statement.

“No, I’m not joking,” he said as people cheered and applauded. “No, I mean it, seriously, organizationally, and in terms of fundraising — the whole deal.”

Mr. Biden served as U.S. senator for Delaware from 1973 to 2009 before becoming former President Obama’s vice president.
