On a more serious note, yes, Trump can fire on several cylinders on several topics with big boy types. That is the secret to understanding his affinity for Doug Burgum. Burgum is the only one of the openly discussed vp possibilities who has that same quality. None of the others do. I mean the ability to stand up as an equal to both private and public sector leaders. Burgum is a successful governor, former successful software venture guy, former VP of Microsoft, etc. (would love to see him debate Kamala the AI Czar). Both Trump and Burgum are on the prowl for information too and are asking questions that fit in with the things they are working on which is always well received by others.

Not saying that will make Burgum VP but it will put him in Trump's immediate circle of influencers. People say Energy Secretary. Yeh, at a minimum. I think he wants him in more of a general advisor role too. Chief of staff, whatever.

Where Hunter is screwed in the end is with the tax case which has been moved to Sept in LA. The prosecutor- Weiss- in that case is the same as in the gun case in Delaware. Hunter's attorney openly ridiculed Weiss in court filings by referring to the gun charges and the prosecutor as "something like what you see in Police Academy (the movie)." In addition, just having Hunter back out of the plea deal was a kick in the balls to the prosecution after all the work the special prosecutor put into finding an off-ramp for the President's son.

Weiss did not come all this way just to be humiliated and go home empty handed. He is going to be hell-bent on getting a conviction on the tax cases. He is already due to the aforementioned humiliation but he will be even more hell-bent if Hunter skates on the "my son the recovering addict that I am so proud of" gun case. A jury might be able to see his messy personal, erratic conduct in the gun case as a by-product of drug abuse. Not sure that works as well with the tax case. This bit about arguing that not paying income tax, and flying around in Air Force 2 making millions in foreign deals is the type of destitution that the families of drug addicts all quite familiar with has its limits.

All of you lefties who think that Biden will not pardon Hunter because Biden has clearly said he would not, let me know. There is a bridge in Crimea I would like to sell you.

On top of all that, Sleepy Genocide Joe is committed to a debate and he clearly is declining by the day. They desperately need a conviction on Trump so that that can be his mantra at the debate. He can remember that and repeat it so that will be a "go-to" for him and a gift from the gods. Without it though, Trump will be sticking the acquittal or hung jury up Joe's arse and he will just be an angry deer in the headlights telling people to get off his lawn at the debate.

Don't let the demtards fool you for a second. They have a DNC script ready to go if he trump gets a hung jury to wit:"Well, two voted to acquit but that still means ten voted to find him guilty." I will be laughing at them when they do that. Maybe they will send Robert De Niro out to make that case.

The dems will try to argue that this case does not really matter. WRONGO. Joe cannot find two socks that match. He needs a conviction. And if does not get it, the dems are screwed on steroids.
