I posted the CNN poll rather than The CBS poll because CNN included 3rd party candidates while CBS did not.After 2000 and 2016 most people know 3rd party candidates should not be ignored in polling.

Polling nationally and including 3rd party candidates creates an error because 3rd party will only impact the individual states they are on the ballot for. If anything you should be looking past those polls because of the built in error if you are looking for an electoral college predictor.

Unlike Biden if Trump wins the popular vote he wins The EC so national polling is certainly worth looking at to see how Trump is looking with the popular vote.

Real estate prices have gone up a lot for those under 40s who were lucky enough to buy before 2020.

But most of those young people will be near the bottom end of the housing ladder, so that bigger forever dream home they want to buy next will have gotten much more expensive. Making them feel poorer rather than richer.
