This is a little overblown.. a terminal to load oil is going to emit greenhouse gasses equivaent to 90 coal plants? The terminal is not creating oil or drilling for oil... it is simply a port to load oil tankers of already produced oil.
Environmentalists often lose support with these kind of claims and demanding oil stay in the ground. Until every one of these so called environmentalists stops driving or flying or using electricity, they need to shut up or find a better platform to support.
