The pubs just created themselves a *very nice* campaign issue where the dems come out screwed if they are on the record supporting it and also screwed if they do not. And if discussed if they table it, they are screwed too- confirming that they are willing to remove automobile choice for Americans and force them into paying more for vehicles they don't want and which are mostly overpriced shit.

Axlerod sounding the alarm AGAIN. Last time he did this- a few weeks ago- his fellow dems beat him up pretty badly for going off the reservation. Same with Carville. But you can only deny it for so long. Both of them are trying to get the dems to break out of their trance-state.

The dems are beginning to sweat and it is not pretty.
