The combination of neglect on the border while funding Ukraine has created a massive field of protest from the "how come you are doing anything for us" crowd- and they are on both the left and the right.
And, as important, the Israeli war pits him hard, hard against the squad and the far left- even though he serviced them every step of the way to get elected and to get their report. They are a little slow on the uptake and still need the rest of the week to get their messaging together but with a couple days they will have successfully framed this scenario as American-Israeli colonialism against the Palestinians and as a response against Hamas that is "not proportionate." You will hear the word "proportionate" the point where you will want to puke. But Joe has even more problems with the left now. Gonna have to cough up a lot of student loan forgiveness to buy your way out of this one.
In addition, Bobby Kennedy, will use the Israeli war as a weapon against Biden and also whip up the injustices against the Palestinians, of which there have been many- although the west banker Palestinians and the gaza crew each have their own story so it gets complicated right out of the gate and always has.
This war is not good for Joe. Love her or hate her/either way is fine/ but as Nikki Haley said in an MSNC inverview, "every time Biden finds a dollar he wants to give it Iran." The left will argue that that is false, but that is not the point. The point is Joe has splainin' to do and the old campaign maxim applies to wit: "If you are splainin', you are not winning."
