So that is his ticket out- ie "I just got involved because we were at a critical inflection point and I have achieved the goal of transitioning and saving the Republic." And - as always- the lefty media will frame it for him because they do not want to poison the well for democrats and Newsom.

The watch-out for Republicans now is how Trump and DeSantis poll against Metrosexual Newsom. I get that DeSantis is at a low point now, but, nevertheless, Trump needs to poll well against Metrosex in the long run. Of course RFK or Joe might split the dem vote in one of various scenarios. Fun dat.

Joe Biden is just a figurehead so, his handlers probably, would like to keep him because he is easier to control. He will do as he is told. With election fraud in a massive way, still in the Democrat playbook, Republicans including, President Donald Trump, might not even win. That is the reality. In honest and clean elections, President Donald Trump wins easily in a landslide.

Oh, there is no doubt that his circle of handlers and vast number of appointees in the beltway want him to stay as a cardboard cut-out. Their jobs are all dependent on him. The wider group of dems in the country are less sure that he is a horse they want to try to ride through the election. Being down-ballot from Newsom- rather than Biden- is a better place to be.

Also Hunter. We joke about it or find it unbelievable but Joe has some sort of jaundiced arrangement with Hunter whereby he is influenced by Hunter beyond reason. The fact that we see Hunter for what he is does not mean that Joe does.
And Hunter has no income without Joe being President. It is like when Hillary lost to Trump. The donations to the Clinton Foundation plummeted. Who in their right frigging mind thinks that Hunter is still going to be getting 500k for a "painting" when Joe is out of office? Ditto for Joe's brother and sister. They are also parasites who keep telling Joe that Beau is looking down on him from heaven and that Beau would want him to run again and "didn't you promise Beau that you would keep up the fight." They know how to work on his psyche to keep him where they need him for their own cha-ching, cha-ching.

Well, ya know, in the article Megyn does make an extremely valid point. And that is that- as we go forward and everyone gets around to saying openly what Kamala is and is therefore accused of being racist- that when Dan Quayle presented as an idiot he was openly, viciously, continuously trashed as an idiot and a national joke and still is. The country spared nothing in trashing him.
