Well, yes. That is his well-known problem.
The other being that his strategy is to try to convince voters that his legal problems are theirs.
The CNN woman there is playing both sides to exacerbate that. She asks questions and calls on questioners who ask him if he will commit to not working those issues. Then she asks him about Jan 6 and other questions that obviously would take him back into them.
Whatever, he knew he was going to CNN and that goes with the turf. Unlike Joe who looks at invitations to go on Fox and goes to his basement.

Yeah, they don’t get that with Trump it’s not about the issues or facts, it’s about the show and recalcitrance. They’re looking at this as reporters and Trump’s people are seeking entertainment.
That American flag pin on his lapel is likely to enrage a lot of dems too. Clearly something that a only a white supremacist would do.
