Here is a question for the dem bootlickers here:

Can you explain to others how anyone in their right frigging mind would not conclude that Biden is guilty or properly accused of interfering in the investigation of Hunter when he keeps saying "my son has done nothing wrong." He does this knowing full well that the Attorney General and the entire justice department report to him directly or indirectly.?

We all see the scam anyway. Hunter will be allowed to plea to a bunch of watered-down dogshit as a way of protecting both Hunter and Joe. Their gameplan, as any idiot knows, is to be able to walk away and say that Hunter had a drug problem and the crimes have been addressed so that is the end of the story. Everyone sees that and it cannot be stopped.

What is true though is that the crimes that are being addressed are the old Hunter gun application lying, tax related, etc. Settlement on those issues does not in any way settle the current corruption investigation potential charges for either Hunter or Joe or the entire Syndicate. I suppose as part of the settlement the DOJ could potentially give Hunter immunity for any and all other federal crimes committed prior to a certain date that are reasonably related. Not sure they want to step on that landmine though. There is a limit to how embarrassingly obvious the DOJ wants to get.

Anyway, get back to me with an explanation as to why Joe is not actively interfering and putting his thumb on the scale. I know just which idiots here will try to go there and I am laughing at them already. Look for the diversion over to Trump.

Republicans trying to stop DOJ from announcing watered-down charges against Hunter and maybe a settlement being reached. Everyone knows that the DOJ is desperately trying to cap the charges and pretend that everything has been settled. They will probably do it anyway but Comer sees their game, probably from reading the Forum here.

And, yes, this is about the guy running for president and his syndicate, not Hunter.

There is more than one dem out there hoping that the pubs got something nasty on Joe in these ongoing and upcoming investigations. That's the quiet part they don't want to say out loud.

But they are thinking it.

Nominating Joe is the worst nightmare that could happen, even if Joe wins.
He will not make it the full eight years. Even the current term is iffy. And even if he did go the full 2nd term he is term limited after that. If the dems put someone spiffy-er in there this time, they would hold the White House for eight years to come- or at least the odds are on their side. Bad, bad, bad, move by the dems.

It's their punishment for putting someone in the VP slot just based on gender and skin color. Of course the whole country gets punished by it too.

I will also add-in that the poll showed that 56% of respondents disapproved of Biden's performance which challenges the notion that it is just all about his age and his looking and sounding wobbly. The dems number one defense of joe is that he may be old but the cardboard-cut-out handlers are nevertheless getting great things done. ahhhhh.... that works inside the beltway maybe.

I am still feeling "Rumsfeldian." Unknown, unknowns will decide the election. I could see Joe stepping down before, during, or after the nomination at the last minute and arguing that he is a "transitional president who saved the union in crisis." Or I could see some visits to the White House at certain points to put that idea in his head or face some alternatives. Unknown, unknowns. Joe looking good on paper though for the nomination- I will not argue against that. But.........

Wow, dems having trouble putting lipstick on the pig.

This happens when news comes out over the weekend and the White House and DNC are not on duty to develop and send scripts to them. By Tuesday, they will have some rap. It will be bullshit, but at least they will have talking points and that is good enough for them.

Right now they seem to be going with the theme that everything is about Trump being so strong, rather than Biden being so weak. Okay, fine, whatever gets you through the day.

Just to be fair and balanced, as I have consistently said, Trump be having some "unknown, unknowns" coming up along the way too. You could say, "well, that says nothing because it is true of any campaign." Nope. Both Trump and Biden have to cross over extreme minefields that could take them out even before the election or take their lead out anyway in an eviscerating way, anyway.

‘Just Brutal for President Biden!’ George Stephanopoulos Breaks Down Jawdropping New Poll Showing Trump Clobbering Biden

There was not a bit of sugarcoating, Sunday, from ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos on a brand new poll from ABC and the Washington Post.

“This poll is just brutal for President Biden!” Stephanopoulos said.

Indeed, the silver linings were just about impossible to find for the White House. The poll put Biden’s approval rating at 36 percent — down 6 points from February and an all-time low in that particular survey. The survey also showed Biden getting trounced in a hypothetical 2024 matchup with former President Donald Trump, 45-38.

Stephanopoulos had trouble processing the support for Trump. The poll found roughly 20 percent of those who believe Trump should face criminal charges in New York over the Stormy Daniels hush money payouts would still support him in the 2024 election.

“I’ve got to admit I have a hard time wrapping my head around that,” Stephanopoulos said. “You’ve got one in five people who say they believe President Trump should face criminal charges, but they would still vote for him.”

“It is remarkable,” saidA BC News political director Rick Klein. And I do think once there’s a match up with an actual person, maybe that changes, but that just tells you about how much Trump is kind of baked into the political equation.”

Following a commercial break, Stephanopoulos introduced a panel for further analysis. Former DNC chair Donna Brazile admitted she had difficulty sleeping following the poll’s release.

“It kept me up,” Brazile said. She added, of the White House, “They are still unable to get a real good, strong message to the American people, not just on the accomplishments, but where they want to take the country.”

Listening to FOX "News" is one thing. Believing what they say is another. The latter is clearly dangerous. Quite a few people are now in prison or on their way because they believed and acted on what they heard on the FOX "News" Channel.
