President Donald Trump won 2 of his cases filed by Jack Smith regarding January 6. A policeman charged too will win his case as well. After wasting tens of millions of persecuting President Donald Trump, it had to go all the way to the US Supreme Court. This is good news because it puts those bogus cases on the back burner and weakens his very weak cases further. The Presidential immunity case still awating result.

Actually Joe has no need to start practicing for the September debate.

He has done the last debate of his career.

It might take three months to play out. But there are in fact three months for it to play out.

Well, "possible" covers a lot of ground.

"Probable" is that the Supreme Court will set forth some conditions based on offical versus private actions and remand it to the lower trial court to sort that out based on evidence presented. Which will take time.

Bottom line: Even if Trump loses on the "complete immunity" argument, he will succeed in booting the trial out until after the election.
