On a deserted east coast highway, annaland and i ran across this mystery beast roadkill. is this el chupacabra, the jersey devil or what??? any clue??

that was my first guess, or a mutant giant nutria/muskrat. other than having a brown face and being 30-40 pounds, estimated------ makes sense
