got tricked buying that breakout for -8 points.
Had a big target, so a bigger stop than usual too

That was a great idea for measured move. I've found that if a breakout has legs it rarely if ever falls back below the breakout level by much. If that happens, I look to place limit order close to break even to exit.

another profitable week with no losing days, although feel a little lucky rather than 'good' again.

For example, if I had have carried on trading this evening, I would have given back all of my profits. I stopped because I was profitable and didn't want to push my luck.
This is often the case, in fact. Some days my first trade of the day is a good one/large winner, and so I stop trading, and often it's for the best!
