What if the bit with a value of 1 points to a condition that describes price as being in-between and the condition is true at that instance?

What if the bit has a value of 0 and the condition it's associated with is false? Does the conditional state affect anything downline?

Min is 3 states.
Bullish, Neutral, Bearish.
But those states differ in intensity.
So it's not binary, neither it's discrete.
It's continous, non linear, bounded but fuzzy.
And it's also relative to timeframe ...

Can be Bearish short term,
