Efficient ways People in America have a sense of self-responsability developed

I first started a thread on getting people to look into their conditionning from childhood into accepting the divisive society in which they live - USA.
Obviously the P&R forum has ample examples of how destructive, annoying the lack of self-responsability can be for a whole country.
I thought, why not be pragmatic and list here methods to help people in America develop a sense of self-responsability.

Please feel free to list methods that have shown to be effective.

I am being informed that charter schools manage to instill a sense of personal responsability to students who used to fail. These schools do take the same parents and operate in the same neighboroud and teach to the same pupils that normally fail.

I am really enjoying seeing these people who are able to create success where many people are capable of creating mass failures.

I am starting to think of this question
"who is into creating success ? who is specialist of creating mass failures?"
"who are those who are being failed in mass" ?
" are you creating success or are you part of those creating mass failures?"




I am just so much impressed by these progressive people who create mass success.
Obviously, these progressive people - who apparently are often "blocked in their work" -
are those that have stopped kids working 16hrs/day in factories and have allowed
these kids to be allowed to go to school.
It seems that these are the inheritors who today are creating or working in schools
that create mass success.

I am really learning a lot about those who create success vs those that love creating/seeing mass failure.

Classic story : block by any means progressive people who are there to create mass success. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

 
So these are results, achievements, some let's call them "blockers" did not want to see
for poor and "skin colored" phenotype kids.

I guess some questions can be asked :
who and why some people want to block mass success for these
poor and "skin colored" ( as we are talking USA here we need to precise
skin color ) phenotype kids?

Some people might wonder why is it important to look at those who supported ardently those who opposed child labour and promoted education for young children.
Let's say, the belief systems get transmitted generations after generations.
It would be interesting to find out about those who advocated for young kids education :
who did they transmit their values to ?
