Educators who Have Zero proof they even trade (99%) - wtf?

...
On a different note, whenever I hear someone say "money doesn't buy happiness", they usually don't have any. Want to quickly spot a liar? The person who says "money doesn't buy happiness".

It buys freedom, thus happiness...

Exactly! People who say money does not buy happiness have never had money in the first place. So they can all bugger off.

Simple, thanks for posting that candid broker statement.

Kids, here's the important bit to remember if you wish to stay alive in swinging futures...It is in the red box as outlined...

If that number reaches a penny below zero, you will 'prolly get a margin call, and you'll be out a lot of money. And some brokers may call you if you hit -80% of total Margin excess as compared to NLV.

Swing carefully, swing responsibly and use a condom, because the market can fuck you!

I'll say that money doesn't buy happiness; however you can rent such a reasonable facsimile that you won't be able to tell the difference. ;)

Fair enough. (By the way, that reads like something Douglas Adams would write.)

Hmmm

Most educators are not profitable or don't trade and I think we all agree on needing to show proof of profitablity. I trade a small account part time only as the training platform used to teach.

However, legitimate profitable traders/educators also cannot be left off the hook for not showing account balance from a relative standpoint e.g. alpha. What gets me is someone posting they made XYZ amounts of profit but no one knows relative to what?

Over $18 million in profits starting with less than 2million, amazing, where do i sign up?

This John Carter guy is sure living the trading dream, i want to be just like him.

Anyone know if his education material any good?

I'm proud to say I never spent any $$$ on courses even when I was a gullible newbie, but I did buy (and read) a ton of books. Probably exceeding 100.

I seem to recall his book as one of the good ones, but I can't recommend it as it's such a long time since I read it.
