there is definitely a value..
you can also read Dreiser's "The Financier"- there is the value in it as well

but speaking of the value the most important is to identify ones goals:

what are your goals?

to trade for living, to impress ladies, to manage your IRA account...? what is it?

Big difference.

My best trading systems over the years have had absolutely nothing to do with fundamentals, either micro or macro.

Great advice -if you have the personality, or desire to work for some else.Buying rental REALTY is fine- if that is your desire , also.

in our business it does matter where one starts , what matters - where one finishes

here is a book for you - you will know everything what is there to know about fundamentals (also as a trader you do not need it) when you will finish it (if you will finish it)

I checked that one out from public library, not that i would buy one for my private library. BUT the revised edition has some good line charts from 1929....................................Too bad it has no candle-charts, in it. LOL
