Lotteries are the worst games that you can bet on. The reason why they are promoted by governments is because they are quite profitable to them. Look at the taxes that the winner has to pay and how much net profit would he get at the end. That tabloid (The Sun) is famous for making things up so I would doubt anything I read there.
