This makes total economic sense. Let’s send a million of the spoiled entitled thugs that hate our country and commit violent crime to central and south America in exchange for a million Central Americans who want to actually work. This makes total sense .
We can clean up Chicago, NYC, Baltimore, Detroit and a bunch of other liberal crime ridden cities. Making the exchange will make our borders much more orderly and we can focus on drugs and sex traffickers. This will also bring down our crime rate substantially.

We'd have to usurp the Constitution to enact that policy, not the
least start an horrific civil war that would make the last
civil war look like a company picnic. Until America faces the
truth to the causes of crime nothing will ever change.
 
Civil war, crash the supply chain and we are all dead. Some with teeth marks from being eaten.
The USA has too many enemies, internal and external to ever risk a civil war.

Where are the millions leaving the US to go to Central and South America?
 
Send them to the border of Russia, near Aliaska.
Give em boats and guns.
Tell them if they reach Russian border and stay on land at least for 1 day, then their jail sentence is written off.
Can't go back to US for 5 years tho.

A huge number of border crossings these days are actually people from Venezuela and other places that are further down the well of never ending socialist promises that resulted in the very things their leaders perpetually promised to eradicate.

Many of these folks have learned from the issues at home and won't vote to repeat it here. When that happens, democrats will swiftly move to actually close the border.

An immigration lawyer when asked about the US accepting Ukrainian refugees gave the usual pat answer on how to apply through the usual channels. Of course, it would take years with the crazy quilt of US immigration laws.
Finally he admitted the truth. Ukrainian refugees should fly to Mexico. Then should surrender to US immigration and ask for asylum.
