Economic Prosperity Has Never Been So Poor

The wealth disparity in the US is at all time highs despite young people as a generation being perhaps the most capable innovative group on record. It won't be long before the entitled baby boomer generation ages out into retired or semi-retired pensioners ( or simply just dies ) and their opinions will mean nothing anymore. I suspect the newer generations will change a lot of things about your country for the better.

Trump in many ways is like the last symbol of everything wrong with America, kind of that last kick in the head to remind everyone what has to change. And it's not what Trump and his core supporters think has to change; turning back the clock to the 1950s is insanity.

I agree that this generation of youth coming up are amazing.

It makes no sense that a human being can't declare bankruptcy on a student loan. the banks and credit card companies need to start eating losses from people like this.

In fully functioning and efficient , law system, that would be,

irrational and unfair.

My fear...

...We should worry
Two emotions, that should be taken into account, but can't be allowed to cloud our judgment.

post-democracy world bought and paid for by the technocrats.

First idea that pops into my head is...
(nothing to serious below, just thoughts)

Blade Runner 2049
(Masterpiece)

Then, what if, we could play with world leaders, like in a chess board, and instead of e.g A.Lukashenko , place a visionary, someone like Bezos or Musk.

Would it be a loss, for a country, to give centralized power, to a technocrat-visionary and not dictator.

... Or in the long term - benefit (?)

He's not a Republican - he's a Democrat robber baron.

Careful there... Anyone in modern politics is not there (generally) for altruistic reasons. We should put Taleb in charge and have him implement his scalable city-state policies.

I think this is eventually the most likely outcome. The question is who will get forgiven: is it the rich, or the poor? I have my bets...

WELL anyone rich enough to buy or over buy on a home/real estate in US maybe rich; + a foreclosure[overbought] or short sale has resulted in debt forgiveness, depending on tax year.AND they owe income tax on that ''debt forgiveness'', in US. NOT tax advice:cool::cool:,:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
