Air power is true power in a military confronation. The germans learned this with their blitzkrieg strategy, the americans perfected in many subsequent battles. He who controls the air controls the battle. We did fight them and we beat there assess, and with very little help from russia I might add.
As for the downfall of communism...we simply gamed you. We kept building, you kept building, we started a cover story called star wars, and got you to spend more, and more, and more until you were unable to spend any more and thus the collapse of communism and the berlin wall.
This is just incredible how biased your knowledge of history (and it's not that far away) can be biased. US defeating CCCP with star wars... The best of the day.

Russia lost 25 million people and still managed to advance to Berlin. Nobody can't say anything about that. THEY won the war in Stalingrad basicly. Americans, as usual, waited for the enemy to get weaker and take the glory for themselves.

All in all if we had 10 times more people than we do now Canada would be the world superpower! One canadian can knock out 2 fully equiped US marines with his bare hands! (we don't kill with guns, we just throw a solid punch in the face, it's more manly that way)
It took 4 tries to 13 millions pre-american people to take Québec from 50000 canadians!!! And that's because we had that stupid general from France who fucked things up! That's the begining of north america!
