Heres the rub - I'm a day trader and need instant execution. After the proper position size is calculated for 2 contracts, the entry window might be gone.
Perhaps if the volume is there, my future ECN broker might incorporate a 'one-click synthetic cross' buy/sell button.
That would be ideal. Hard to believe it doesn't exist already?
