ECN rebates for limit orders?

I read that you get ~$.003 per share rebate on all non marketable limit orders for stock trades placed through ECNs. Is there a similar type of rebate for limit orders on futures?

As far as I know, the highest rebate comes from NASDAQ and ARCA and that is $0.002/Share for equities over $1. Futures at the CME do not provide routing rebates. They do not have to get volume as they are not multiple listed. They offer volume rebates for higher volume customers.

Is it typical you need to put say L after ARCA, so ARCAL, NYSEL, and NSDQL to be eligible for ECN rebates? My broker requires the route to have L at the end. Also, pre-market trading CMPPST3 /CMPPST4 are required. I can't use other routes. I'm unsure if the L needs to be at the end. I also have hotkeys set to use NSDQ. I will need to change to NSDQL to use intraday to be eligible for ECN rebates.
