What cabletrader failâs to clearly explain (for good reason right Mr, cab) is the sub 5mil accounts are all outsourced to FXCM as part of an arrangement not yet public. FXCM is trying to convince DB to become a division so they can be part of a bank structure and survive the new CFTC laws hitting the book soon, from what I heard FXCM has a year to prove its worth so they need to do this all on the sneak until DB fully approves.
