Ecn Fees

Does anyone know if/when the ecn take and offer liquidity rates are to change? Also, if they are reduced to say 1 to take and 0 to offer and the ecn is part of montage and you soes it, would you still pay 3 to take.
 
I know they are working on some changes, but don't know if/when they will become active. We had a conference call with someone from NASDAQ about this and all he could say that it was likely they implemented 2/1 (now 3/2) very soon...

To your last Q, I think you will pay 2.....
