Has anyone taken part in Echo Trading offered by RJO Futures? Can you really get many followers or is it just a trick to entice "Trade Leaders" to open an account?

So the offer is interesting but the commission rate of $5.50/RT all-in is a killer, if anyone is interested
I am very skeptical of Echo Trading offered by RJO futures. The company that they use to offer this service is Perfectna Inc.
I looked into Perfectna Inc. and noticed they have been around for the past 10 years. A bit odd of a service that I am just hearing of now, that has been around for 10 years.

We actually offer the same service, called Echo Trading. We just started about 10 months ago.
If you are a good trader and can show results, followers will come but it takes time, it is not "overnight". Perfectna has a great technology to actually make the "mimicking of the trades" very clean and smooth. There is a lot more that goes into that ( split fills, speed, compliance etc.)
So to answer the question, how many followers depend on the performance and consistency of the trader as well as the exposure provided - but yes, you are able to charge a monthly fee based on "unit traded".
