ECB EURO Interest rate cut

ECB is expected to lower the interest rate to 0.5% from 0.75% next week on Thursday May 5. What effect on the EURUSD will this have in your opinion.

As a reminder: The rate lowerings of 07/11/12 and 12/14/11 and 11/09/11 had hardly any effect. Only the rate increase of 07/13/11 made the EURUSD gap up.
