Further, many homes bought by ex-pats were sold without right of ownership, ie they were screwed. Plus, many properties were built illegally. I don’t know the ramifications of all this but it must compound.

I reckon the Spanish property market will take the whole economy down the pan. San Miguels all round.

The property/development/construction market is the whole of the spanish economy. What else is there? Very little...
 
Go post but you ain't touched the surfice of EU problems in lending.

A few of my fellow "Speculators" are on the LIFEE, they say that the EU in general has larger SUB PRIME issues than the USA and are not coming clean.

EU is a Socialist Enterprise and many expect the "Gov" to bail them out.

The ripple effect will cause ROME to burn once again.

Only time my friend, that is all they have.
